General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It can be an old and healed infection. Consult a pulmonologist and plan for an HRCT scan for further assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
